Answer

Any TWO: employees in uniform may not display behaviour that brings the airline into disrepute; it creates a sense of pride; the company ensures employees wear clothes suited to the line of work; the design suits different cultures, religions or age groups; uniforms are elegant, sophisticated and represent the airline.

Common mistakes

The BCEA overtime rule (1,5 times the regular rate, and that overtime must be voluntary/agreed) is frequently stated backwards or left incomplete in a learner's own answer. On uniform/image questions, learners often describe the uniform itself instead of explaining how wearing it correctly contributes to the airline or hotel's professional image, which is what the real memo actually marks.
